About Bowen Wellness/Fitness Services
Owner and Practitioner provides wellness empowerment through the use of the Bowen Technique. Responsible for marketing, public speaking, promotion, and individualized programs of client care. I guide clients to become balanced in health of mind and body using the Bowen Technique and consultation in overall well-being I delight in assisting my clients to return to a better quality of life. After earning of a B.S. in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, I began a journey of learning as much as possible about the various alternative forms of working with the energies of the body to heal the mind. There are many techniques that I have worked with to enhance my understanding of how to reset the mind to heal the body. Bowen Technique is a way to open these channels and free up blocked energies, emotions and trauma releasing the pain for once and for all. Often the surprise of becoming disencumbered is so amazing that the system needs time to process the new found wellness. This can then become a part of the person transforming them into a whole healthy system rather than a part that is not functioning.
