About Boxing 4 Health

Intense exercise, specifically non-contact boxing classes have proven to reverse, reduce and even delay the symptoms of Parkinson's Disease. B4H offers a wide range of instructor led, research backed, high-intensity programs created to address the specific needs and interests of our students. B4H Fighter classes are for people with Parkinson's that are high functioning and have low to moderate balance concerns. B4H Champion classes are for people with Parkinson's that have more significant balance problems, slow movements and possible shuffled gait. They may currently require assistance of some kind, such as a cane, walker or wheelchair. Cognition may be a factor as well. Personal training sessions are also available.
