We bridge the gap between process on paper and the way the project will be built. At our core, we are mechanical engineers, however, we are highly experienced in managing all disciplines and have spent considerable time in the field, as well as running the PMO on projects of all sizes. The core team of engineers and project managers draw from our trusted network of independent sub-consultants and SMEs for specialist disciplines, all of whom have transitioned from management and leadership roles in either operational mines, or big-name mining consultancies to running their own consultancies. Our core value is to provide the same world class expertise without the high overheads passed on to our clients.
