About Boyle & Summers: Architecture and Masterplanning
Boyle & Summers is an architectural and master planning practice based in Southampton and Bristol. Our urban designers, architects and architectural technologists design spaces and places for everyone. We focus on the people who will use our buildings and neighbourhoods and design residential and commercial property with clients we value. We cover the Central South and West of England in particular focusing on Hampshire, Dorset, Bristol, Somerset and the South West. We know that real estate and the built environment must play its part in achieving net zero in a sympathetic and economic way for both the environment and those who occupy the buildings and places we design and we have made it a central focus for our business for the future. By adding to our knowledge of the techniques and technologies behind sustainable development we will become increasingly invaluable to our clients and their projects. By creating our own tools for sustainable design, such as our Sustainability Checklist, and annually reporting on our own performance, we have created the conditions for year-on-year improvements. Our projects include public or private sector urban regeneration schemes and strategies, mixed used urban infill, residential and commercial master plans, design codes and design guides, occupier-led or landower-led commercial schemes, including offices, showrooms and workspaces. We also engage with Our clients range from public agencies and local authorities to landowners, promoters and commercial and residential developers in the Central South and the South. Here at Boyle & Summers we enjoy working with commercial owner occupiers to produce a practical and creative design by getting to know their motivation, business needs and architectural requirements.
