The BPA (Balkan Police Association) is a non-governmental and non-profit association based on an indefinite period of time in order to achieve goals in the field of mutual cooperation and coordination of its members through exchange of experience in the field of security, which operates according to the principles and statute of the EPA Brussels, accordingly use their official identifiers. Any citizen of the Republic of Serbia can apply for admission to the Balkan Police Association. Potential member must enclose the certificate from the court that he is not under investigation and also attached a receipt from the police not been convicted. Citizens who are active or retired members of police, army, BIA and others security services of the Republic of Serbia as well as citizens who can provide quality security information regarding: Terrorism and Extremism Human trafficking (primarily children) Cyber terrorism Drug trafficking Arms trafficking etc. Agreement between European Police Association represented by it's president Paul Cirino and Lazar Odzic Lazar Odzic take over a function of delegate and represent EPA members from Serbia.
