We are a manufacturer’s representative of T&D electrical products as well as Commercial & Industrial specializing in medium and high voltage electrical equipment with emphasis on distribution system voltages in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, D.C., and Delaware. In business since 1922, we have a wide range of products from electrical connectors and electrical safety products to large power transformers. Our History Bradley Electro Founder PT BradleyBradley Electro Sales Corp., incorporated in the District of Columbia in 1961, is the successor company to the P.T. Bradley Company, a proprietorship, started in May 1922 by Mr. P. T. Bradley. Mr. Bradley from Courtland, Virginia, was a 1907 graduate of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute. After graduation, he took a position with the General Electric Company in Philadelphia, after which he started his own firm to sell electrical products as a commissioned representative. The original company was incorporated in 1947 as Bradley Company, Inc., and from that came Bradley Electro Sales Corp. Mr. Bradley opened a branch office the P.T Bradley Company in Washington, D.C., in 1937. Bradley Company, Inc. opened a branch in Baltimore in 1955 and a branch in Richmond in 1959. After the incorporation of Bradley Electro Sales Corp., the business moved from Washington to Silver Spring, Maryland and, in 1980, moved to Columbia, Maryland. Presently the corporation has its main office in Richmond, Virginia, and a branch office in Annapolis, Maryland, with 12 employees in the two locations. True to its heritage, Bradley Electro Sales Corp still acts as a commissioned seller of electrical products to the electrical utility industry, government agencies, electrical distributors, general industry, and electrical contractors.
