About Brain Buddies

Brain Buddies educates our children to become ‘Brain SMART’ by teaching them how to actively nurture their own brain health. Brain Buddies helps children understand, navigate and improve their mental health whilst breaking down the stigma surrounding it. Activities focus on understanding the neuroscience behind children’s mental health and teach resilience skill, necessary to prepare them for the pressures of the teenage years.
