About BrainAhead

Students are facing more mental and physical challenges than ever before. This is impacting how they move, learn, and feel inside. Most of these challenges begin in the brain. BrainAhead works to target the activation and augment functioning of whole brain networks using specific sound, movement, breathing, and guided thinking. We know the better the brain can communicate within itself, the better one’s overall functioning. When certain areas of the brain aren’t functioning optimally, daily life and learning can become more challenging. The activities within BrainAhead are grouped together to specifically target multiple areas of the brain in various sequences to awaken and activate it, resulting in higher-level functioning. BrainAhead is packaged in a way that is easy to deliver to students and designed for classroom use, providing equitable tools for all students. BrainAhead contains a library of 10-minute, 3D animated, research-based movement and mindfulness videos that aim to create lasting changes in the brain, so teachers can teach and students can learn!
