About Brainstorm Live Entertainment

Brainstorm Live Entertainment was founded in 2024 by Frank Galgano and Steven Johnston, Esq. to produce theatrical productions, license theatrical works, and more. We create a space where artists and investors connect to create impactful, diverse, and meaningful art. Frank Galgano is an innovative and versatile artist with extensive experience in theater, music, and recording. As a director his work has been seen in New York, regionally, and on tour; and as a performer, his credits range from early childhood to off-Broadway. Best known for his work in partnership with his husband, Matt Castle, the pair have written arrangements and orchestrations for more than 50 musicals, including seven off-Broadway, four for Disney Cruise Line, and many concerts/tours. Fratthew (as they are affectionately known) launched Brainstorm Records in 2022, a boutique label presenting unique music from an eclectic variety of genres. Steven Johnston graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law and is a dedicated public servant and LGBTQ+ community advocate. As a creator of a transgender name change clinic, founder of an LGBTQ+ nonprofit for government employees, and leader on LGBTQ+ issues in their hometown, Steven strives to be a voice for and create lasting resources for marginalized and vulnerable communities. Steven brings a blend of their legal education and their passion for the theater and social justice to the role of producer.
