Forest Therapy is the practice of a gentle wander through nature in which in you are invited to experience your surroundings with intentional sensory exploration. Offering Forest Therapy as a health and wellness practice that invites participants to slow down, be present and practice gratitude with nature as the true therapist. A Forest Therapy experience can be enjoyed as a private 1:1 practice, join with a group of other individuals or schedule private large group events. Branched Out partners with businesses and corporations as well to aid in the development of your employee wellbeing programs. Implementing forest and nature therapy into your wellbeing initiatives as either a one-time event or a scheduled series of events to engage employees in health and wellbeing practices. Branched Out is founded by a Registered Nurse with sixteen years of professional practice and counting.
