Brand House Wines & Spirits occupies a unique space in the alcoholic beverage industry, with three branches to our business: 1) We create brands as both an innovator and incubator primarily, although not exclusively, in partnership with other entrepreneurs and/or celebrities. 2) We invest in brands, but we also distribute the brands in which we invest, providing both industry expertise and infrastructure. Our thesis is that capital raised by our entrepreneur partners should be allocated to marketing towards creating end consumer pull, and less so on infrastructure, which is rarely cost-effective unless a brand scales very quickly. 3) We provide distribution for established brands in the United States, offering top-notch management, focus, and creative marketing. We welcome and expect our entrepreneur partners to work very closely with our team to develop their brands. Founded by David Kanbar, former EVP of Skyy Spirits LLC, co-founder of Skinnygirl Cocktails (sold to Beam Suntory), and co-founder of Bulldog Gin (Sold to Gruppo Campari), we bring a unique skill set that includes: 1) Innovation - David has successfully developed and sold two successful spirit brands. Brands we develop on our own or in partnership with other entrepreneurs will benefit from David's 20+ years of expertise in successful innovations. 2) Operational Expertise - David has expertise in every facet of the Wine & Spirits Industry, including production, sales, marketing, distribution, and finance.
