She holds a registration with Yoga Alliance as an RYT500. Certified in advanced Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama (Breath-work) and Meditation practices, she understands the profound impact that mindfulness and gentle, sustained postures can have on the body, mind, and spirit. 🧘🏻♀️At Brave Balance Yoga, Sandra offers a holistic approach to yoga, emphasising essential postures, mindful breathing techniques, and the importance of self-compassion.
