About Brave Starts

We help people figure out and plan what they want to do next in the world of work. We do this by taking people through a structured series of workshops and giving them access to an amazing network of professionals who support, inspire and help build connections. Constantly updated member resources and practical actionable insights (masterclasses, 1:1 CV reviews). We hold ourselves to a high standard: we steer clear of inspirational quotes or platitudes. Our members expect rigour and intellectual stimulation. We are a growing not-for-profit community: most of our members work full time. The split is 60% female 40% male. We focus on supporting professionals typically aged 45-65 as career guidance for this demographic is often outdated or expensive (a good career coach will charge £150+ per session). All of our fees support the development and enablement of our work. We are very much impact based and prize purpose over profit.
