This unique method of cooking meats keeps the natural flavors of the cut and leaves the meat soft and juicy. Brazilian Barbecue Catering trained chefs prepare the food in the traditional way to bring you the true Brazilian experience. -We work with the best quality food, use 100% Australian meat and produce and we give excellent personal service. -We cater for private events, weddings and corporate functions and our mission is to provide quality fresh food and excellent customer service.
