We are BreakFree Solutions, a ThoughtFocus company. We help companies execute their digital strategy by enabling the CIO's organization to become digital, in order to rapidly build and effectively operate digital products. This delivers the outcomes businesses desire most: quickly built digital products with lower up-front investments. We achieve this by leveraging our core capabilities which include: a focus on digital product delivery, deep expertise in DevOps and cloud technologies, and our ability to rapidly configure and deploy the cloud-native platforms. We set out six years ago with a vision for what a digitally capable IT operating model would look like. We were very fortunate to be able to operationalize the model out of the gates at a 40B, publicly traded bank. From that engagement forward we've been developing our delivery methodologies and standards, also known as our delivery kit, and a suite of frameworks. These frameworks set the standard for how the different digital strategies supporting components of the digital IT operating model should function. Additionally, our delivery methodology establishes how we operate these frameworks and their components.
