With a background in Theatre and a passion for connecting people to their bodies and minds, I offer a warm and inclusive approach to wellness. I hold certifications in Yoga (600 hours), Pilates, Breathwork, Barre, and more. I've worked with a number of fabulous clients, including brands like Nike, Virgin Atlantic, and Liverpool F.C., and at notable events like Fearne Cotton's Happy Place Festival.
