Yoga at Breathing Space - a cooperatively-managed space available for yoga, wellness and related activities (suitable for any activity that doesn't require shoes.) We operate as a yoga co-op, with each teacher paying part of the rent and helping with management and housekeeping. Students pay each teacher directly for classes. We would love to see the space used to offer more wellness-related activities to those in our Fuquay-Varina community and surrounding areas! There are also other spaces available for rent at Breathing Space. Contact us to find out more about using the space. In addition to Yoga, Catherine Carver (Massage by Catherine) offers Massage Therapy by appointment. All massage therapy sessions are designed for the individual and are interdisciplinary in style, allowing you to experience the most benefit in your session of bodywork and relaxation. Heather Bruno (A Beautiful You Skincare) a Licensed Esthetician for 10 years, takes pride in providing her clients with a relaxing, tranquil atmosphere. April Danielle MS, RD, IBCLC offers a support group for nursing moms. They meet weekly on Mondays beginning August 26th from 10:00- 11:30.
