I was around 7, when our family started traveling internationally, due to my mother’s roles in the airline industry. Glass bottom boat rides in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, the London wax museum, seeing Buckingham Palace in all its glory, and walking through the halls and chambers of the Tower of London. Then, to Cairo, Egypt, where we rode on camels into the desert to see the Pyramids, the Sphinx, and the City of the Dead. My fate was sealed. I knew this love for seeing the world would never end. After high school, I began working with Princess Cruise Lines, where I met my husband. Together, we soaked up all the knowledge we could of the cruise industry and even spent one of our Thanksgiving’s on a Caribbean cruise. For those who have always wondered what a holiday cruise is like, I would tell you, from our experience, that it has become one of our fondest holiday memories. No cleaning, no cooking, just quality time with family (or friends). With my varied background in the travel industry, I have become resourceful and a creative problem solver. Ultimately, I want to take away the stress of finding the best deals, what to do or where to go, how to get there and ensure that you have a memorable vacation for all the right reasons. There is so much that goes into booking a successful vacation. When done well, it becomes an uplifting memory, a story for others, and may possibly ignite a desire for more in the future.
