About Bremco Construction
Bremco was founded in 1976 as the non-signatory partner of the Bresnan Construction Co. (established in 1947), and is owned and operated by William Lewis and Greg Darling. Our focus has been on the construction of low-rise commercial and industrial facilities with extensive experience in design build, concrete tilt-up, pre-engineered metal buildings, tenant improvement and new building construction. Bremco has built many facilities for local customers such as Farmers and Merchants Bank, Coca Cola, Time Warner Cable, Old Dominion Freight Lines, and others. We strive to add value to all of our projects through an unparalleled level of service, understanding of our Client’s businesses and insight into the current construction market. By constantly listening and looking out for the best interests of our customers, we provide the construction resources they need to grow their businesses as their market, facilities or technologies evolve. Working with some clients for over 30 years is descriptive of our integrity and our ability to improve the businesses we work with. To ensure that a project is provided the appropriate attention to detail, each client is assigned a key individual to interface with from inception to completion. Bremco can manage planning, engineering and construction of your facilities. We will self perform the concrete and/or the framing depending upon the size of the project, current workload and a determination of the most competitive and efficient method for construction. With projects from San Diego to Sacramento, we consider all of southern California to be our “backyard” and have completed many ground-up projects in the $5 – $15 million dollar range as well as numerous smaller scale tenant improvements to service the day to day needs of our customers. Bremco’s corporate character will be clear by the high opinion in which its clients, peers, subcontractors, employees, and its financial business associates hold Bremco.
