Early in her career as a coffee roaster, Rebecca Fox was tossed a technical manual for coffee equipment, in Italian, and was asked to fix equipment that the roastery sold. She struggled through, as anyone would. But she was exposed to a new career and witnessed the gaping hole that is coffee equipment service in the USA. Founded in 2014, Brew Grind Water has grown into one of the nation's premiere service providers. Her drive and focus on fixing the hardest problems facing service providers and technicians in general has transformed the way technicians are trained, both internally at BGW but also as a founding member of the SCA's Coffee Technician Guild. In an industry starved for qualified professionals BGW thrives through our combined experience and training programs. We've got former baristas, coffee shop owners, roasters, and equipment manufacturer trainers on our team with a combined 50+ years to help tackle any issues we come across.
