About Brew Recruit
Brew Recruit focuses on permanent placements for the beer and beverage industry. Brew Recruit recruits on all roles stemming from the plant floor to the executive suite. To date, we have successfully placed Brew Masters, Director of Marketing, brewers, marketing personnel, accountants, sales, production managers, and those on the manufacturing floor for breweries. Our goal is more than a recruiting firm. We want to be a trusted business partner and as such to be the only call you need to make for your hiring needs. We will help advise on jobs, salaries, market conditions, the hiring landscape, job descriptions, etc. And though we may not know the ins and outs of all the roles we work on, having over 15 years of recruiting experience, we have developed a knack for quickly coming up to speed on new positions and know what a great talent looks like even though we might not have the deep technical knowledge. Brew Recruit wants to be known for our quality and efficiency. Typically, we do ask for a 60 exclusive when we work on a role, but in return you have our undivided attention and instead of sending over candidates to see if they "stick," we have the opportunity to really develop a recruiting strategy to meet your specific need. On average it takes about 6 weeks from the time we start working on position until the day a person starts. We take the time to really understand what a hiring manager is looking for and ask to have a formal job order intake meeting, because as you know, typically 60% of what you are looking for in a candidate is not on the formal job description. From there we develop our recruiting/marketing strategy for the role, with the goal to have 2-4 qualified candidates in your hand within 2 weeks. To do this, we actively go out & search & "knock on doors." Prior to submitting a candidate, we will have phone screened and conducted a formal video interview. From there, we will be the every step of the way until we have a signed offer.
