We wanted to show that frozen pizza doesn't have to be bad, in fact, quite the opposite - and that is the reason why our vacuum sealed packaging enables the customer to view the entire product (and not just a small window on a cardboard box). Every single Brick Frozen that leaves our Norwich production facility has been hand-crafted from beginning to end using traditional Neapolitan methods. From sauces, meats, and flour, we source all of our ingredients from Italy and work closely with a handful of Norfolk farmers, suppliers and producers to ensure our vegetables are of the highest possible quality. We have also made the step to reduce our carbon footprint where possible resulting in all our packaging being 100% recyclable.
