About Bridge of Books
Our mission is a simple, yet fundamental one - to donate books to at-risk children across New Jersey in order to encourage the development of strong literacy skills and a love of reading. As a volunteer-led non-profit, we have collected, sorted and distributed in excess of 1.8 Million books to underserved children throughout New Jersey, ages birth through eighteen. We strive to make our donations as diverse as possible to ensure there will be books for every child to choose. Our core belief? ALL children should have access to books to call their own.
