About Bridge Street Stone
Since our launch in 1991, Bridge Street Stone has evolved from a small team of two into one of the country’s leading and most long established independent importers of stone supplying stone products Nationwide and to both US and EU markets. We pride ourselves on our in depth product knowledge, exceptional customer service, competitive prices and fast delivery. During the late 1990’s we established ourselves as one of the largest importers and wholesalers of Indian stone in the North of England and enjoyed very rapid growth with sales topping 4.5 Million in 2007. Today we import from India, China and several EU countires to offer a comprehensive selection of stone products. Over the last 10 years we have offered these products direct to the consumer from our main 2.5 acre depot at the end of the M65 in Colne and also from our depot at Tilbruy Port. Stocks held at our site in Colne often top £1 Million and as such most items are available straight from stock. We also manufacture bespoke masonry products including walling, copings, steps and fascia’s all made on site at our factory in Colne which houses two frame saws specialist tumbling and CNC machines for stone processing as well as a wide range of other stone processing tooling and machinery. We also split stone blocks to make traditional yorkstone riven paving. Indeed supply us a sample and we can create bespoke York stone paving made to replicate it in a variety of finishes including ‘hand cleft’, shot blasted and ‘sawn’ finishes. Our sales team of four have collective experience of over 50 years in the specific field of supplying stone paving and building products.
