About Bridge Support
About Bridge Support Since 1986, we have been bridging the gap between in-patient services and living independently within the community. We now operate services across London and Essex to support people who have long-term mental health conditions, offering them flexible and proven pathways to safely integrate back into the community. Our Services Bridge offers a complete pathway of step-down services from hospital to home – from Forensic to high, medium, and finally tapering community support – with the end goal of enabling our clients to live as independent a life as is possible for them. We operate Bridge Back Home and a non-NHS model recovery college, and collaborate with other providers on specific projects. Bridge in 2023 We presently employ some 200 staff and, in conjunction with our partners in the NHS, Integrated Care Boards, and local authorities, we currently help over 2,000 people a year with mental health problems.
