About Bridge the Gap SpEd
Bridge the Gap Sped (BTG) is a Non-Public Agency certified by the California Department of Education, that provides special education professionals to traditional public schools and charter schools. BTG employs a team of experienced therapists, special education teachers, mental health professionals, and behavioral health professionals and paraprofessionals who support students with special needs in the educational environment. Bridge the Gap Sped is committed to hiring only skilled professionals and para-professionals who are motivated and passionate about making a difference in the lives of students! We value being a non-public agency that uses a team approach and builds up their employees by providing training and support through effective, positive leadership. It is our mission to provide seamless service to schools in need of special education teachers, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, school psychologists and counselors, BCBA's, and behavioral and instructional support services. We do this by creating a strong initial foundation for our staff when transitioning into a new school setting.
