Co-created in Wales by Damian Bridgeman and Paul Bridgeman, we are building inclusive communities across the UK and internationally. We unite individuals, local authorities, health boards, businesses, and civic partners to co-produce sustainable systems change. Our model is rooted in democratic governance, social justice, and economic empowerment—turning lived experience into real-world solutions. Our work spans ten core strands: accessible housing; inclusive community hubs; play and youth services for disabled children; specialist disability nursing; direct payments and personalised care; multimodal accessible transport (rural, urban, on-demand, micromobility); assistive technology; the power of the Purple Pound; consultancy and system reform; and national thought leadership. We also incubate lived-experience leaders—providing seed support, strategic guidance, and cooperative infrastructure so individuals can drive change in their own lives and communities. Rooted in the social model of disability, every initiative is co-designed, every surplus is reinvested for community benefit, and every member has an equal vote. Through strategic media and thought leadership, we amplify disabled voices, shift outdated narratives, and redefine inclusion for a new generation.
