What we do (100% online): **Bridge Programs: comprehensive, modular pathways that build core teaching skill and produce usable artifacts (lesson plans, rubrics, outcome maps, skills check-offs, LMS shells). **Classes & Live Events: short courses, webinars, and workshops with practical tools you can use immediately. **Consulting: custom faculty training and onboarding, curriculum and assessment design, and accreditation support (including CAAHEP/ARC-STSA for Surgical Technology). **For employers—colleges/universities, hospitals/health systems, and workforce partners—we offer scalable onboarding, consistent instructional practices across courses, labs, and clinicals, and review-ready documentation.
