The office is located in the historic town of Centreville, on Maryland's Eastern Shore, just 20 minutes east of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. The atmosphere at Bridges' is a warm, welcoming and professional environment to both the staff and patients. The primary goal of Bridges’ is to meet the needs of the patient while providing the best quality care. The services provided include; medication management, therapy services for individuals, couples, families and adolescents. Several structured groups meet weekly for Anger Mgmt., Dual-Diagnosis and Women's Issues. Bridges' is fully staffed with a team of professionals. The staff is truly a close knit family of dedicated professionals who appreciate collaborative efforts from all resources.
