About BridgeWay Family Centre
BridgeWay Family Centre is a charitable organization that offers free prenatal to preschool (up to 6 years) programs in the Region of Peel. Our mission is to nurture parents’ confidence and enrich the lives of children through our programs, resources and support. Currently, over 100 programs a week are available to families in-person and online. Services include: · Programs for parents with new babies where parents can connect and chat about their experiences of having a baby, · Programs for children birth to 6 years and their families to sing, dance, play, learn and chat, · Parent education workshops covering a variety of topics, prenatal to 6 years of age, · Cooking programs where families learn to make healthy, affordable meals, · Prenatal Classes for parents-to-be to get the best start in their parenting journey, and · Food security and emotional support for families looking for extra help and living on low incomes. Bring your creativity, heart, and passion of supporting and educating children and families in your community to BridgeWay! We are looking for dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educators and Family Support Professionals to join our team. We offer excellent training, salary, benefits, a Group Retirement Savings Plan and a supportive dynamic work environment. Volunteers welcome as well. Together, we can build stronger families. We started in 1984 when a group of parents saw the need for a support network as they raised their children. Since then, we’ve grown to become the largest provider of EarlyON services in the Region of Peel while also providing extra support through the Healthy Start and Growing Together in Peel programs. We also fundraise so we can provide other needed initiatives through our Bridging the Gap program. We now deliver programs and services at more than 40 different locations across Peel.
