Bridgeway Property Solutions, LLC is the Tampa Bay’s premier real estate solutions company, and since our inception we have helped many homeowners and improved the communities we work in. After individual careers in real estate & recruiting, Mark and Lindsay Sestilio, created Bridgeway Property Solutions as a family business. Mark started his real estate career after he moved to Tampa in 2009. As a seasoned investor, Mark has bought and sold over 100 homes in his 10+ years in real estate, the majority of which he managed renovations on. Lindsay started her career in real estate in 2007, working for a national home builder. She then spent 10 years in corporate recruiting before their sons, James and Stephen, were born. As their family grew, so did their love for real estate. At BPS, our team is highly motivated, knowledgeable, ethical and resourceful.
