The Bridlepath Properties Group is an integrated group of companies, involved in the development, management, investment and financing of commercial and residential real estate in Southern Ontario. Some of the notable projects that the Group is or has been involved in include the acquisition, repositioning and subsequent sale of the "Constellation Hotel", a landmark hotel at the Toronto Airport with 800 rooms and 90,000 SF of conference/banquet space; a majority investment and management of the “Nor-Arm Commercial Center”, a mixed use commercial condominium project with a 85,000 SF retail plaza and a 130,000 SF office building situated on a 13-acre site adjacent to the Finch West subway Station in North York; a majority investment and management of the “Heritage Complex”, an office condominium project with two buildings comprising a total of 191,000 SF situated on a 5-acre site in the Airport Corporate Centre in Mississauga; and substantial investments in various Senior’s retirement residence building developments across Canada through limited partnerships with Amica™ Mature Lifestyles Inc., a publicly traded Canadian company. The Bridlepath Properties Group is part of the larger Punjani Family Group, which also has business interests in the United Kingdom, the Middle East and East Africa, primarily in the Real Estate and Automotive industries.
