About Bright Hospitality

Bright Hospitality was a Not-For-Profit hospitality training organisation specialising in providing meaningful pathways to employment for new migrants including refugees and asylum seekers. We provide an ethical solution to the hospitality industry’s ongoing challenge of addressing its enormous skilled labour shortfall. Helping people is at the heart of what we do. By creating job prospects and supporting ongoing employment opportunities for vunerable Australians, we will help turn the welfare cycle around. Our quality training program and ongoing mentorship support provides opportunity and purpose for individuals to transform their own lives. We create key partnerships with socially minded hospitality employers, trainers and supply agencies who are passionate about delivering positive outcomes to both industry and individuals. Through our partnership with the Wesley Mission in Surry Hills our students provide up to 200 meals each day for its community members. It’s a perfect alliance - uniting a labour solution for marginalised people with positive community outcomes. We aim to create a movement to truly champion social change.
