We are a small but well-established provider of high-quality telephone fieldwork services to market research agencies and consulting firms. We can work either as a supplement to your in-house interviewing resources or as a cost-effective sole partner where you lack an internal telephone field force. Although we are equally comfortable conducting interviews with consumers, our real expertise and experience is in B2B teledepths. Over the years we've helped our clients to conduct interviews with customers, prospects and competitors in just about any industry sector you can think of, and with respondents of all levels, right up to senior directors in all time zones. We have the experience to be able to converse intelligently with respondents and use our discretion when necessary to go “off-script” and probe around particular responses which may not form part of an official discussion guide but add context and understanding to the project, ensuring that you end up with the most detail-rich data on which to base your findings. We are also happy to consult with you at the questionnaire design stage and offer our input on whether anything could be changed or re-arranged in order to elicit the best response. Using a bespoke system built into our telephone network, we are able to digitally record interviews (although naturally, only where we have the respondent’s permission to do so), to ensure that no detail is lost. All interviews are transcribed in house, usually by the person who conducted the interview, into Word or Excel as preferred. In addition to telephone interviewing we are also well-versed in recruiting for focus groups and face-to-face interviews, a process which can be both time consuming and frustrating if you don’t have the in house resources or experience. We are also happy to offer audio transcription for any interviews you've conducted in house, at a very competitive price per audio minute.
