About Brighter Horizons Counseling

As a therapy practice, the goal is to provide compassionate and evidence-based therapy services to help individuals improve their mental health and overall well-being. I specialize in treating trauma and co-occurring disorder, as well as a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, addiction, personality disorder, mood disorders, and relationship issues.
