Brighter Strategies (www.brighterstrategies.com) is a small women-owned organizational development consulting firm specializing in organizational planning, change management, process improvement and leadership development for the nonprofit and public sectors. Our staff is certified and licensed in the Standards for Excellence, and also deeply familiar with the Baldrige criteria and the Washington Post Award for Excellence in Nonprofit Management. Our mission is to help build empowered organizations through the pursuit of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
