We also carry out tenant check ins, interim inspections, EPCs, floor plans and Legionella risk assessments. We offer next day turnaround on all reports and can do same day turnaround upon request. Once you have received and are happy with your report you can then send it on to the tenants through the app where they can add their comments and photos if necessary and sign the completed document online, then it will be automatically returned to the Agent or Landlord. We also assist to resolve any disputes which may arise between landlord and tenant concerning the condition and contents of the vacated property. Our reports are highly accurate and totally reliable.
