About Brightr

Brightr offers contract cleaning services and other outsourced soft facilities, such as hygiene services and barrier matting. We self deliver these services and also manage other facilities contractors on behalf of our clients. Our business processes and culture are about transparency of information, based on recruiting and training the best people. Who are we and what can we do? We will be straight with you and do a great job at a fair price. Our customers will tell you this, and our information systems will back it up. We have many years’ experience in commercial cleaning and other facilities services. We work for large Plc’s and small start-ups. Our culture is one of clarity, transparency and honesty. And communication: because the services that we provide are all about people. That’s the people that work for us and the people we work for-you, our customers. There is a lot of talk in the cleaning industry about accountability, getting what you have paid for and operational quality. We would say that you only have to look at the high turnover of staff in most cleaning companies and also the high turnover of cleaning contracts, to see how true those worries are- 30% of businesses are unhappy with their cleaning company at any one time. We have an incredibly low turnover of staff and a correspondingly high contract retention rate: funny that. So we invest in our people, in our training and our systems.
