Brightstarz offers life skills for teens and tweens when they need it most. Brightstarz brings together my experience as a business woman, life coach, and parent to help young people feel empowered and better equipped to deal with whatever comes their way in the future. Our fun and engaging workshops give young people the life skills they need that they don’t learn at school. According to WHO, “Emotional disorders can profoundly affect areas like schoolwork and school attendance.” By Educating – Empowering – Preparing teens we help them tackle anxiety, stand up to bullies, build resilience so they can live happier, healthier, and more confident lives.
