About BrightWell Autism Consultancy

BrightWell is a boutique Autism Consultancy serving the Greater New York area. Our specialty is treatment to children 0-18 years of age on the autism spectrum and the associated consulting with guardians and caregivers. The holistic approach addresses the whole child by collaborating with therapists, schools, doctors and family members. We provide services at home, in the classroom, in group settings, via tele-health and parent workshops. Our team is made up of educators and specialists in speech pathology, applied behavior analysis, and special education. BrightWell is directed by Amy Garten, M.A., CCC-SLP, TSSLD a licensed speech language pathologist and special education expert. Her experience spans from her works at The Keswell School, formally the McCarton School, an exclusive Manhattan private school for children with Autism as well as her experience at The American School for the Deaf. Amy Garten., CCC-SLP received her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT, and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Special Education from the University of Arizona. Amy is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and Teacher of Speech and Language Disorders in New York State. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
