This is Business coaching with a twist. Dee and Steve started One on Two Salon Success Coaching after seeing a void in the salon Industry for support to business owners, running and growing their businesses and still being able to have a "normal" life. After years of running their own successful beauty salon, Moore Beautiful, which has taken out multiple National and International Awards, they wanted to support other Beauty Salon owners build a successful salon of their own. Their coaching program is unlike anything else that has been seen before. This is not a coaching program where you are spammed until you sign up, then after you hand over your hard earned cash, put onto some online course that you wont finish and then if you do, you are left with more question than you started with and left feeling...well incomplete. Their One on Two Salon Coaching program is designed by them, for you. There is no specific structure to the course, because they wanted the course to be structured around their students and their needs. Not every student has the same needs or they are further developed than other students or they just need people to help them along the way. This is why there is no structure. If a student wants to grow their client list and then the next week, they have had a full mental break down and just want coping mechanisms to get through, then this is what they are there for. It is 100% structured around the needs of the student and their own business development. No two businesses are exactly the same, so why should coaching and mentoring be structured.
