BRiSK Operations Complete Ops has streamlined the staffing process by providing an all-in-one solution that combines Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), text and email notifications, scheduling, timekeeping, invoicing, payroll, and electronic payment to truly provide a complete operating system for the staffing industry. BRiSK Operations' long-term objective is to build a community through the licensing of its application to the staffing industry. The needs and wants of the community will be captured, analyzed, developed, and deployed. This robust software allows for the agility to be able to synthesize answers to the questions in the community at a “BRiSK” pace. BRiSK Operations will also provide our affiliates with a means of adding multiple revenue streams to their businesses that will allow for an a la carte ancillary services offering all the way to an all-inclusive whole business solution as well as the ability to be a Professional Employer Organization. Some of the capabilities are such as, but not limited to: Credit Card reselling, Payroll, HR, Integrated Accounting Software, CPA Services, and Analytics…etc. To accomplish this, BRiSK will be partnering with Industry leaders and/or building these capabilities internally. This one stop shop concept will undoubtedly add a great deal of value to the staffing community as well as ensure a dominant, sustainable staffing operations.
