About Brite Services
Brite Services began operating in Bristol in January 1998, founded by two experienced recruiters - Mark and Andrea Wilcox. We are an independent recruitment business with our central offices now based in Newton Abbot (Devon) with a number of out-bound consultants enabling us to offer a national footprint within which to operate. We have recruiters based in the Midlands, Wales and Bristol – and our coverage extends throughout Devon and Cornwall, Gloucestershire and Somerset, Wales and the West, throughout the Midlands up to Lincoln! We supply temporary, permanent and contract staff with skills that range from call centre operators; customer service; financial administrators; clerical support staff; IT and Legal professionals; skilled engineers; technical grades and we also offer a more local (throughout Devon) recruitment service which includes industrial assembly, manufacturing and warehouse staff. Brite are compliance-tested corporate members of the award winning Recruitment and Employment Confederation and audited members of two Achilles communities (serving the Rail industry and the Power Distribution industry). Our success over our 20+ year history is based upon deep industry knowledge, a determination to operate with honesty and integrity, plus an ability to maintain security and compliance for all of our clients and candidates. We also offer a bespoke ‘head hunting’ service – when tasked with a specific job role to source candidates for more senior roles, we can offer advice on recruitment options and costs, can utilise a variety of ‘Skills Testing’ during a specific recruitment processes tailoring as needed. Our candidates can expect a combination of face to face interviews, or skype interviews if more appropriate; CV writing advice, and interview coaching/presentation.
