Established in 2009, British Arabian is a independent property consultancy specialising in asset valuation to IVS and RICS "Red Book" standards. Our commitment to best practice and professional ethics is paramount, and we lead the way in these fields: We are one of only two valuation consultancies in the MENA region "REGULATED BY RICS". In 2010 we became the first valuation consultancy on the region to step forward and commit to Valuer Registration (VR). VR will become mandatory in the UAE in March 2014. We offer our clients: TRANSPANCY. In a market hitherto shrouded in opaque practice, we aim to bring transparency with our reports, allowing them to be used and relied upon with confidence. INTEGRITY.
