Brixteen was formed by Robert and Andrew in 2020 with a mission to connect property and financial markets through better data. BriXteen is about data: data is core to every business decision: better data leads to better decisions, nothing more nothing less Both Robert and Andrew have extensive experience in the property and financial sectors. They understand that through good investor ownership data a very powerful intelligence platform can be created. However, they hold the view that at the root of the historic barrier to delivering good investment data lies the fact that real estate remains confined within its four major quadrants – private, public, equity, and debt. And their careers to date are littered with frustrating stories of how information is locked up and not shared across the spectrum. Brixteen has navigated its way through these barriers and built an extensive commercial property ownership database covering European cities. It is the launch pad for our next stage of development.
