Our celebrity chef trained culinary team designs innovative menus with the freshest farm to table concept. Briza on the Bay is equipped with top of the line audio visual equipment which includes 4 projectors and 4 drop down screens, speakers, microphone, built in stage and lighting. Briza also has 120 ft. of video projection mapping allowing you to create the WOW experience for your guests. Transporting them to the streets of Havana, to an underwater aquarium, or an unforgettable fireworks display, any visual can be customized for your event.
