RECRUITMENT SUPPORT SERVICES We offer comprehensive assistance across all stages of the recruitment process, including: • Shortlisting: preparing initial review and assessment of applications. • Interview Coordination: Services include scheduling interviews, contacting candidates, and preparing interview documentation, ensuring a smooth process. • Interview Support: Consultants participate in interviews via MS Teams, providing support and facilitating the process effectively along and we also offer expert independent panel members. • Reporting and Assessment: A selection report is prepared post-interview, detailing comparative assessments and outcomes, with a standard turnaround of five working days. • Reference Checking and Candidate feedback: we conduct references on your behalf and can also provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
