The product idea, born over countless grilling parties, consists of three pieces -- a base, body and top -- that when combined with meats, vegetables or fruits take the work out of placing items on a skewer. It makes up to 16 kabobs at once and compliments recipes created by even the finest grill masters in your life. Special occasions in our families were often marked by grilling delicious food, great conversation and spending time together. One of the founder’s fathers always made tasty pinchos for these gatherings. They were a much-loved staple, and he seemed to have a talent for creating them. It was from these simple roots that we found inspiration for the creation of the Brochette Express. It makes preparing shish kabobs to grill or BBQ a fast and easy process for anyone, with less preparation and clean-up time required. You can pick out your favorite meats, vegetables, and fruits, and have them marinated, placed on skewers, and grilled to perfection in much less time than it would have taken before.
