Founded in 2009, Brock Capital Group ("BCG") is a family office / private equity investment firm based in Houston, Texas. We invest in middle-market private businesses where we believe we can drive significant value through growth capital, and operational and strategic support. We are different from many traditional private equity firms in that our team has extensive operating experience, having started, operated, grown, and sold successful companies representing thousands of employees. We focus on creating strong partnerships with entrepreneurs and management teams to help them build great businesses. In addition to capital and operational support, we have a proven ability to enhance value through our extensive relationship network. We invest in a broad range of industries (including real estate) and typically look for opportunities to invest from $2MM to $15MM of equity in each transaction, with the ability to invest more for unique opportunities.
