Brockamp & Jaeger, Inc. is an American construction company headquartered in Oregon City, Oregon. They provide a full range of construction services which include Pre-Construction Services, planning, scheduling, design development, cost estimating and cost management, bid package development, permit planning, safety planning, Construction Services, site management, project reports, schedule tracking and analysis, budget tracking and analysis, safety implementation, Post-Construction Services, contract close-out, final reports, coordinate Certificates of Occupancy, and facilitate move-in. Corporate History Motivated by their mutual goal to provide quality construction services with integrity, John Brockamp and LeRoy Jaeger founded Brockamp and Jaeger, Inc. in Oregon City, Oregon in 1963. On April 29, 1963 the company was incorporated as an Oregon Business Corporation and was issued Oregon Registry Number 070946-18. The company was licensed as a General Contractor with the State of Oregon Construction Contractor’s Board and issued license number 30, which it still holds today. Terry Greenman joined the firm as a Project Manager in 1979; he became a principal in 1986 and a majority stockholder in 1997. With the retirement of John Brockamp in 1993 and LeRoy Jaeger in 1996, Terry Greenman assumed the role of President and CEO. In early 2009, Project Managers Darin Hirte and Andy C. Patton assumed ownership roles in the firm and became Company Vice-Presidents.
